KTK ZONE Return Policy

At KTK ZONE, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This policy ensures fairness while complying with applicable Indian laws.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags/labels intact.

  • Returns accepted for wrong/defective product, damaged on arrival, or order errors.

  • Provide order number, photos of issue, and reason via ktkzoneofficial@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized/custom products.

  • Intimate apparel, hygiene items, or perishable goods.

  • Sale/clearance items marked "Final Sale."

  • Digital downloads or services once accessed/delivered.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days at support@ktkzone.com with order details and photos.

  2. We'll review (1-2 business days) and approve if eligible, sending a return label.

  3. Pack securely, ship to [Your Hyderabad return address], and include invoice.

  4. Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Shipping & Fees

  • Customer pays return shipping unless defect/wrong item (we cover).

  • Original shipping non-refundable.

  • Exchanges free if same-value item in stock; otherwise, treat as return + new order.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Full refund (minus original shipping) for eligible returns.
